Designed for those people who are counting carbs or just dieting, this Solid Oak slicing guide is great to use for slicing your homemade bread or unsliced bakery bread. 4 slots guide your knife through the bread to give straight even slices just over 3/8 inch thick. Overall size is approximately 7" wide, 10" long, and 5 1/2" tall. All pieces can be un-assembled for easy cleaning. Wood is not stained or oiled to prevent transfer onto your warm breads.
1/8" x 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" acrylic plastic base cover option is now available to protect knife cuts from damaging the Oak base.
